Cabrillo Gallery was ready to spark creative inspiration as the Fall 2019 season began with a display of eclectic art titled “Time Untethered: Creative life after Cabrillo,” featuring artists who have retired from Cabrillo College’s Art Studio and Art Photography programs. The show ran through September 20.
On display in the exhibition were oil paintings, drawings, pastels, textiles, art garments, a variety of mixed media, and digital, antique process and experimental analog photography.
Featured artists were former Cabrillo Gallery Program Coordinator Rose Sellery, and former faculty members Bonnie Britton, Martha Casanave, Terry Hogan, S J Hoisington, Ted Orland, and Margitta Dietrick Welsh. The art piece featured in our photo is “Skin and Bone” by Rose Sellery.
